Personalized & Custom Items
Because our photo magnets and chunky knit blankets are handcrafted and personalized to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these items. Please review your order carefully, including uploaded photos and customization details, before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, please contact us at canyonferrycrafter@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or full refund.
Non-Personalized Items
For non-personalized items (such as certain greeting cards or sublimated products without customization), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Please contact us before returning. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.
